John was born and raised in Houston, Texas, until his high school years. After serving 12 years in the military, John has lived and worked in the Idaho Falls and Pocatello areas. With over 26 years of experience in retail and service sales, he is well-prepared to sell your home. This extensive background equips him with the knowledge necessary to negotiate the best price for you in today’s market. John is retired from the Idaho Department of Corrections, where he gained over 25 years of experience, reinforcing his commitment to ethics and integrity. During this time, he became well-acquainted with the demographics of Idaho Falls.
Mandi, a proud Pocatello native and Idaho State University alumnus, has spent over 28 years mastering customer service in the banking and real estate industries. Her passion for real estate shines through in her work with first-time homebuyers and empty nesters, where she thrives on the inspiration and excitement they bring for new beginnings.
John and Mandi, a couple deeply rooted in the Pocatello area, understand the crucial role of location in real estate. Having had children in School District 25, they are committed to this community. In their spare time, John and Mandi enjoy traveling, going to movies, and, in general, just being together.
